For the rattan items such as baskets, boxes, bags, etc, they do not need much attention to prolong the life of the rattan items. Keep the product dry and out of heat resource direction. In case of dust or dirty, use the damped soft cleaning brush or cloth to clean out then dry the items, using the vacuum cleaner to remove the dust or the brush to remove dry food or mud.

For orders in dollars, USD, a required remittance fee of 40% of the total value of the shipment, must be submitted prior to initializing all order(s)

Prior to finalizing each order, notification would be made to each buyer of balance due, prior to each shipment. This is normally accomplished seven (7) days before the shipping date.

The LC is applied If the buyer prefers. USD, a Letter of Credit must be initiated by the issuing bank to our receiving bank.
